Emerson managed and coordinated painted entire home new construction interior and exterior. Visited site once day and coordinated all painting work with all other trades and pleasure for all to work with. Almost entire home was spray painted custom new millwork walls and ceilings with furniture quality finish. Large 32′-0″ ceilings required scaffolding inside house protected new stone slab floors. I’m a commercial builder visited my home at Tesoro bi-weekly from New York any concerns or requests were answered immediately. The contract value work complete was six digits and for the quality work received a fair value highest quality work standards. Would not hesitate recommend firm to others. I have been in the construction business more than 40 years and really appreciated working with Emerson!

I have hired EB Franciso Painting numerous times in the past two years. They did our epoxy floors in our garage which came out beautifully, interior painting in our guest room, bath and some parts of living room and they just finished exterior work by painting the outside of our house. The team was on time every day, extremely polite and professional, and worked meticulously each day, completing the work in a timely manner.

They cleaned and prepped the surfaces before applying the new paint and protected other areas extremely well leaving the space clean and tidy at the completion of the work.
